Kazali's Alternate Earth

Introduction

Kazali's Alternate Earth (KAE) is a now-disabled canvas created by TheArcher. The canvas is number is 17467, and it was run by the user Kazali. Originally, the canvas served simply as a custom map, similar to canvases like Krev's Great War, but due to its nature, players were able to draw on their nations and on bodies of water. This would lead to the map becoming increasingly popular in late 2019 and 2020, leading to the map being filled with numerous drawings of nations' cities, armies, planes, battleships, and naval bases among other things. Eventually, the canvas would transition into its early roleplay phase, which would be a loose period defined by largescale conflicts on the canvas and a lack of super strict guidelines. Later on in its history, KAE would become a fully-fledged nation roleplay canvas with a Discord server and stricter guidelines, requiring all roleplay to be done within the Discord server as well as conflicts. KAE's original premise saw a soft end when one nation, the Eternal Realm, essentially destroyed the globe with nuclear armageddon, resulting in KAE's map being altered drastically (especially South America). Eventually, the canvas's hype would die down, and KAE moved on from PixelPlace to a full-on Discord nation roleplay server. Other variants of KAE were KAE2 (or KAE Mirrorworld, or canvas 23857), KAE Fantasy, and KAE3.
