Chat
Chat allows players to talk to each other. PixelPlace has five chat channels:
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Global | This chat is accessible for all players, on all canvases. Only English is allowed on this chat. |
| Non-English | This chat allows languages other than English. It is only accessible from the main canvas, /7. |
| Painting | Every painting on PixelPlace has its own Painting chat. This Chat allows players to communicate with other players on the save canvas. |
| Faction | Every faction on PixelPlace has its own Faction chat. This Chat allows players to communicate with other players in the same guild. |
| Whispers | Players can send each other Whispers. These show up in this channel. |
PixelPlace Chat is moderated by the Moderators.
Chat rules are as follows:
- - When using the chat, you are responsible for how you express yourself.
- - Global chat is English only. If you speak a different language with some players, please use the Non-English tab or create a guild and use the guild chat for that purpose.
- - No spam of any kind.
- - No Ads of any kind.
- - No racist, fascist or degrading content.
- - No NAZI related stuff or even swastikas, we took the decision to ban all of those because of how the majority of people view it as a racist/fascist symbol.
- - No political views, popular movements, propaganda or ideology.
- - No adult (18+), underage related messages, links, images, drawings, etc. (this includes other discord channels that could be labled NSFW). Unless the painting is flagged as NSFW
- - Do not share or post links & content that violates another person's contractual, personal, intellectual property or other rights.
- - You may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others.
- Hate speech and discriminatory language is inappropriate, as is any obscene or disruptive language. Threatening or harassing another player is always unacceptable, regardless of language used. Violating any of these expectations will result in account restrictions/termination. More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions including legal actions. - Do not spam people or post sensitive data in whispers. We reserve the right to review these messages in a effort to keep Pixelplace a safe place.
If you see anyone not following these rules, go to Discord, create a ticket in #raise-a-ticket and report the person in the ticket. It would help a lot if you would put screenshots into the reason.
