Basics

Anxism is a ideology where multiple people have control over the central government. Usually 2-5 people will run the government but it can be more. It is similar to democracy but only partly. There are lots of forms of Anxism like Anxist Democracy or Anxist Monarchy, but we're only gonna talk about Anxism.

How it works

Anxism is a ideology where multiple people have control over the central government. However they do not have complete authority as votes will be released by a congress or the government whether to do an action or not. Elections for presidents are only held in Anxist Democracies, however the leader can step down from position and congress will choose who is worthy of leadership, the same can happen if a leader dies.

About congress

The congress is a group of people that are alike the government, but with lower power than the government. Congress members are either chosen by the people or chosen by the government. However if the leaders die or step down before anyone is chosen as congress then it will transition into a Anxist Anarchy.
