April 2025 Mexico War
The April 2025 Mexico War was a major conflict within Mexico on PWW that took place April 29, 2025 involving numerous guilds, most notably SKYE, PNKM, and CJNG. It was heavily controversial as spillover into nearby areas were reported during several parts of the war. This war lasted about an hour, which if it happened in real life, would have been the second-shortest war ever fought. Carson2007, Spiralls, Druigod, and the now-banned SalX are major veterans of this war. After the war, Mexico and several surrounding areas were left a mess
Background
About a week before the war started, Mexico and the US was a hotbed of activity, which made Smalls make states of Mexico with flags in addition to US just days before the war happened. This wasn’t to last though, as days after, CJNG, led by Druigod, made most of the area void. On the day of the war, SKYE made their symbol in California, then in an act of zone defense, it was removed by CJNG Troops.
War
War Begins
Almost immedietly after CJNG deleted the symbol, SKYE launched a large-scale invasion of Mexico, with the first invasions coming from California at 7:02 pm (UTC -05:00). The initial incursions were heavily criticized due to the fighting spilling over into nearby territories. The war remained a 1v1 for a while, with Mexico and Central America being mostly white by 7:14 pm.
More People Join
Between 7:14 and 7:17 pm (UTC -05:00), Spiralls of the PNKM guild joined in to assist the SKYE invasion, but using a pink color instead of white like SKYE was using. Later, the now-banned SalX joined to assist CJNG, which was soon after followed by Rustyroise joining in also to assist CJNG. The war at this point was a 2v3 for the rest of the time the war happened, but Mexico was destroyed by 7:30 pm
War Ends
Between 7:56 and 8:00 pm, fighting between each side slowed down and then stopped altogether at 8:13 pm, which ended the war. During the end part of this war, several pixel missiles were used, mainly by Carson2007
Aftermath
The war ended in an inconclusive state, with Mexico and various surrounding areas left in shambles. SalX ended up being banned on November 28, 2025, for reasons unrelated to the war (those reasons being Toxicity and Insults)
