From PixelPlace Wiki
The first ever USSR was created on the 1st of april 2018 by a user named Shockwave, and allied to the GGCR which was created (a few minutes prior) on the same date.
They never managed to successfully take all of russia under the rule of Shockwave, due to him abandoning the faction to die. Afterwards, Adsefy became the ruler of the first soviet union, managing to successfully take all of russia after a few attempts.
