2020 EPRS Conflict
The EPRS Conflict of May 2020, also called EPRS Crisis, was a series of events on Canvas 8 in North America that resulted in EPRS being defeated by Alaska, FLDA, MRCA and ROME, and later EPRS, ROSS, and FLDA uniting under a common flag as Fulcrum to take control of the entire continent and more territories and forcing Alaska to temporarily move to Scandinavia.
Background
In May 2020, EPRS leader Vadar12 came back to establish EPRS in Canada after a 1-week break. Until May 26th, North America was divided between Alaska (ToastbrotJ), EPRS (Vadar12), MRCA (Medfred3) and FLDA (BenHerr). Alaska was part of NORD (lead by Marsbound) which was allied to MRCA and on good terms with FLDA. All of those 4 countries/factions who shared North America were part of the UPF (United Pixel Factions), a group of countries that vowed not to be hostile to one another. EPRS and FLDA were members of Fulcrum, a militant branch of UPF.
After Abhinav21 (informal EPRS member) invaded Alaska, including Alaskan Mexico, BenHerr and ToastbrotJ started seeing EPRS as a threat and developed a negative view on the faction.
Timeline of Conflict
May 26th
- Toast is urged to give up his Canadian land to soothe EPRS, tells Ben he won‘t do that
- Mars tells Ben about Toast‘s plan to invade EPRS
- Ben suggests waiting for EPRS to make the first move to frame them as aggressive
- Ben warns Mars about Vadar „gearing up“
May 27th
- Mars warns Ben that Vadar is making threats
- Ben rallies ROME members for upcoming battle
- EPRS invades at least one of the other parties
- EPRS loses the war, former EPRS land is annexed by Alaska, MRCA, and due to prior claims on Canada the USSR
May 28th
- EPRS, Abhinav of ROSS and FLDA turn their Fulcrum alliance into a country
May 29th
- during the night from the 28th to the 29th, Alaska‘s Canadian lands are annexed by Fulcrum as the outcome of the First Fulcrum War and the Canadian conflict (which both took place that night consecutively) without the involvement of Alaska in these wars.
- Toast makes 2 comic drawings mocking the situation that suggest BenHerr took land from Alaska and then felt „backstabbed“ by NORD, which Alaska is part of
May 30th
- BenHerr leaks messages from private chats revealing the plot against EPRS
- Toast cites Abhinav as spark for hate against EPRS
- BenHerr admits „backstabbing“ Vadar and accuses Toast of plotting against a peaceful UPF member, Toast denies this, citing prior attacks by EPRS on Alaska. This was a heated discussion on the PXP Discord
Treaty of EPRS
The treaty of EPRS was an agreement that EPRS would give up its land and join forces with FLDA to create Fulcrum as a country.

At the conclusion of the First Fulcrum World War, The Treaty of EPRS was signed to restore peace to Canada. EPRS declared war on MRCA and Alaska after being invaded by the latter and its allies. EPRS would ultimately surrender all of its land to both factions, in favor with joining forces with FLDA to establish Fulcrum. The USSR was also given land in the treaty due to claims it had made before the war.
