REDS was started by TheRed as a VOID parody for a joke but on canvas 9 quickly became one of the largest factions and didn't really expand to canvas 7 for a while. After spreading to canvas 7 they quickly took over the British Isles, part of Norway, and Iceland. They made a colony in Africa and North America. The African colony was destroyed but the North American one survives.
