MVP is supposed to be a canvas where you come to have fun. If you are toxic to other people, or try to ruin the overall experience of the canvas in any way, we may take action and punish you.

Requirements

5+ days old account

15.000 pixels placed (you have to play on other canvases to gain pixels)

This is to prevent griefing and ban evading

Rules

No Griefing
No Dotting (No matter if it's your land or someone else's)
No Line Attacking
No Framing
No Sinking
No removing art on land you don't own.
No Botting / Scripts (Autoclickers etc.) Any program, script, tool, exploit, etc that gives the player an unfair advantage in speed falls under this category.
No Skipdotting (examples encased in video: https://youtu.be/PM6xy3oEEzU)
Keep your land clean; don't leave any random dots in it
No Tactics that involve any Variation of any of the Methods mentioned above
No NSFW content
No symbols or imagery of terrorist groups
2 players with the same color scheme (For instance Red and USSR) cannot invade each other by removing the others faction symbols, they have to use a different color for the invasion, if the flag has multiple colors, use a color that is not used in any part of the flag, or invade from a different side
Any attempt to copy a nation will not be tolerated, i.e. Fullcum copying Fulcrum by using a similar design and same color scheme, this is to prevent confusion and possible impersonation.
You are 100% responsible for what happens under your name/IP address.
Making a new account to apply for MVP after getting banned may increase your ban period. This is known as Ban Evasion.

Art Rules

During an invasion, you are allowed to remove art smaller or equal to 10x10 in size, and no bigger. (Assuming you follow the rules below). Intricate symbols and text also fall under this
Art made on land you don't own can't cover more than roughly half of the country or be larger than 150x150. If it does, then the owner of the country is free to remove the art if they choose.
If someone is making art on your land please start a conversation with them first and if no agreement can be made you are free to clear it from your land while the art is still being made.
You can't make a thin line around a pixel art and then remove it, you have to actually own a significant landmass around it
Countryballs, railways/roads, amogus, enlarged arts as well as other easily repeatable images are not protected by the art rules UNLESS they are very detailed
If you want to remove art in your territory, you may refer to this chart. Art between:
- 10x10px - 25x25px can be removed after 1 day
- 25x25px - 50x50px can be removed after 2 days
- 50x50px - 70x70px can be removed after 4 days
- 70x70px+ can be removed after 1 week

For help with this rule, consult a mod and if you are not able to 100% guarantee its been there for the length of time required then ask a mod or wait that amount of time before removing it.

If a pixel art in your land has been griefed and nobody repairs it for 48 hours, you are allowed to remove it (overrules art protection)
Arts related to a country/faction can be removed only 10 minutes after you take control the surrounded land (overrules the Giant Art Rule). During an invasion it is forbidden to attack them. If you create a faction art in another country which is not owned by you, the owner can remove it any time.

Art size

Mini art (1x1 - 10x10)
Regular art (10x10 - 25x25)
Medium art (25x25 - 50x50)
Large art (50x50 - 70x70)
Giant art (>70x70)

Definitions

Griefing

Griefing is mostly associated with art (though in certain cases it can be messing up flags for the purpose of just messing them up), can be dotting at a large scale or dotting with many different colors, or just straight up removal/editing of art in a way that is against Art rules.

Dotting

Dotting is when multiple pixels are placed in a random pattern. If you make random patches all over the place that consist of multiple pixels, it may also count as dotting.

Skipdotting

Framing

Framing is Attacking as a faction you are not a member/ally of, probably to cause conflict. Allies can't start a war without the owner's permission.

Line attacking

Line attacking is attacking in a straight line for a long stretch of pixels (About 20 pixels). Lines that cover a huge area are also illegal if they are multiple pixels wide, unless you are shaping a flag or placing alongside borders.

Sinking

Sinking is when someone uses the lightest grey possible (or the same color as the ocean/protected pixels) to “sink” a country, making it visually harder to see on the map. See the Definitions section below to see a visualization of what we mean.

Faction Art

Faction art is considered to be any art related to a nation, guild, ideology or player. This includes symbols in flags unless they are simple. For example crosses, stars, people, coats of arms

Botting

Botting is using ANY kind of script to gain an unfair advantage over others.

NSFW Content

NSFW is porn, nudity and gore. Use the "you know it when you see it" common sense rule.

If you see anyone not following these rules, go to Discord, create a ticket in #raise-a-ticket and report the person in the ticket. It would help a lot if you would put screenshots into the reason.

Botting:

1st 1 week
2nd 1 month
3rd perma ban

Framing:

Unknowing: 1 day
Knowing: 5 days

Dotting:

Minor: 1 day - 3 days
Medium: 5 days - 1 week
Major: 1 week - 1 moth
Global: 1 month - Perma ban

Skippdoting: 3 days

Lining: 3 days

Griefing: 5 days

NSFW: 1 week

Ban evading:

1st: month
2nd: perma ban
