EPRS (Empire of the Rising Sun) was an MVP faction founded and led by user Vadar12. The faction was active from early- to mid-2020 and on May 28th 2020 united with FLDA to form Fulcrum.
EPRS was part of UPF and its militant branch Fulcrum, which later turned into a country as a result of the EPRS crisis.
Abhinav21 was an informal member of the faction.
