Overview
TripleBlues is the player that made Cote d'Ivoire an Imperial Power. He was so annoyed by dotters, he started the guild IVOR, to protect the world from dots. IVOR failed a day later. The Chocolate Pact was made starting with Cote d'Ivoire, Savoy and Italy. The next day, the user known as Leonardo1 officially made the guild of CHPA.
