SPQR
SPQR is faction on Pixeplace founded by user Rome who was later joined by BenHerr and was created with the intention to replace and succeed ROME.
Recently, it has reformed itself into a Republic once again, under a new consul, continuing to attempt to succeed the long gone ROME
Early Life of the 4th Empire
SPQR was established officially on September 3rd, 2020. Following the failed "September Revival" and the "Roman Civil War" the day before, users Rome and BenHerr declared a breakaway movement from the now defunct ROME faction. SPQR was then officially announced and proclaimed as the true successor to ROME. Following SPQR's creation, a new alliance was forged with the USSR, NANJ, TROY, which is now known as "The Entente of Steel". As a result of this new alliance, all parties involved withdrew from the failing UPF Alliance, causing the group to fall further into chaos.
The Second September Revival and The Republic
The Second September Revival, 8/9/2020, would bring the re-establishment of the Roman Republic under a new Consul, PumpkinGuyy, who was the leader of both TROY and UNNA, gained the role due to him being trusted by Rome. PumpkinGuyy would lead the campaign in Drew Durnil's Canvas, and succeeding greatly, he'd also go ahead and do some small reforms to the server.
Temporary Union with NUWA, TROP and PAKI
On 12/9/2020 it was announced that the SPQR will unite with NUWA, TROP and PAKI, they will be using the colour Blue and protecting the European Sector of MVP. There isn't much info on this at the moment, but it is believed to change MVP for a while.
13/9/2020: Due to unknown reasons, the SPQR has pulled out of the union.
Inheritance by the Latin League and Collapse
On September 15th, Pixelplace User Rome would declare himself non-roman, no longer leading the faction SPQR as an "Overlord", and would go on to remake a long lost faction, HOLY. Aswell, the Consul PumpkinGuyy becomes an ordinary Senator.
16/9/2020: The Latin League has inherited the SPQR with the permission of Rome. With this, the story of ROME and the SPQR comes to an end.
As of Recently, during LAKEdaimon's reign, SPQR revived itself under MC999, later inherited by Rome once again. The story continues and glory ensues. Page on the 5th SPQR to be made soon.
Battles
During the "First September Revival", Users from Both TROY and SPQR would go ahead and revive the Empire on the canvas during the 3rd of September, only to be killed by the outside Barbarian Forces and Revolters in the "Roman Civil War", causing turmoil inside the SPQR.
Pixelplace User, Rome, would announce the "final" campaign a few days later, which would only horribly fail due to Pixelplace User Rasib, who was controlling the Italian Pensinsula and all of Europe when the campaign started. Rasib also had hatred towards Rome due to previous drama. Soon after the campaign, SPQR fell into the people, minor anarchy would occur.
The Second September Revival, would see the invasion of Drew Durnil's Canvas, managing to have a successful campaign under the new Consul, PumpkinGuyy, but, due to it being a public canvas, the SPQR would get dotted and the campaign ended.
12/9/2020: The Latin League (A false one) has recently declared itself as a Third Rome, obviously, this decision was not taken lightly by SPQR's Consul, and after he heard the news, he quickly went onto a campaign against Ireland (Ireland was controlled by the pretender at the time). The battle was a flawed success, with the SPQR managing to take all of Ireland, only to be kicked off. Peace has been made with them, the senate is no longer considering war.
